Brokenwood Wines recently upgraded their Cellar Door. Architect designed, the new Cellar Door is one of the largest in the Hunter Valley, covering 1,400 square metres. In addition, two dining venues were constructed, being the Wood Restaurant, a 90 seat modern dining establishment, and Cru Bar+Pantry, a casual eatery.

Earthsafe was successful in gaining the tender to provide and install a wastewater treatment solution to accommodate the needs of this significant new establishment.

Earthsafe managed the entire process, from system design and submission of the council application, through to full on-site installation of the plant and commissioning of the system, working collaboratively throughout with the staff and management. All wastewater is efficiently treated in the new 10,000 litre per day plant and then recycled to the adjacent wood lot to protect the sensitive environment and enhance the visual appeal.

Earthsafe clients also include Tyrrells Wines, Peterson’s Wines, De Bortoli Wines and First Creek Wines to name a few. Our expertise in managing wastewater in the wine industry is well established.
